Paul Jungquist is a senior vice president with Sit Fixed Income and senior portfolio manager of the municipal bond portfolios for the firm’s custom separately-managed accounts, private investment funds, and mutual funds portfolios.  Paul’s expertise and focus are in municipal and corporate credits.

Prior to joining Sit Investment Associates in 1994, Paul was an assistant controller for Twin Cities Testing.  His experience also includes work with Grant Thornton LLP, where he served as an auditor.

Paul received an M.B.A. degree in finance from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota in 1993.  He earned a B.B.A. of Accountancy degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1984.  Paul is a CFA charter holder and a CPA.
