Prior to joining Sit Investment Associates’ fixed income team in 2007, Jessica worked in corporate trust at Wells Fargo Bank for five years, specializing in municipal debt and student loan securities.

Jessica earned an M.B.A. degree from the University of Minnesota in 2006 and a B.A. degree from the University of St. Thomas in 2000. Jessica is a CFA charter holder.
