Robert Sit is a vice president of research and investment management with Sit Investment Associates. He shares management responsibilities for the small cap, small cap dividend, and mid cap growth investment portfolios for the firm’s custom separately-managed account, private investment funds, and mutual funds. He provides fundamental research on companies in the technology and energy sectors.

Rob joined Sit Investment Associates as a research associate in 1991. In 1993, he joined Sit Investment Associates’ technology research team.

Rob earned an M.B.A. from Northwestern University’s J. L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management in 2002 and a B.A. degree in economics from DePauw University in 1991. Rob is a CFA charter holder.

Rob currently serves as the board chair for TPT/Twin Cities PBS.  Previous board service includes:  Abbott Northwestern Hospital Foundation, Be The Match Foundation, and Global Minnesota.
